Prices include:

Light, heat, hot water, gas, all bed linen and towels supplied for your stay and the loan of pool towels if required.
A deluxe welcome basket with a selection of provisions (e.g. tea, coffee for filter machine and cafetiere, capsules for coffee 'pod' machine, butter, milk, wine, preserve, cereals, biscuits etc.).
Other basic provisions will be provided to make your stay comfortable including the loan of CDs, DVD's, books, dish washing tablets, cloths, washing powder, toilet paper, soap, cooking essentials such as oils, herbs, spices etc.
Seasonal produce from the organic vegetable garden (when available).
We can supply at no extra cost (on request) stair gates, high chairs and cot with set of cot linen.
End of stay cleaning (and mid stay cleaning for bookings of two weeks or more). See terms and conditions for details.
In season, private and exclusive use of the swimming pool (note: we cannot be definitive about pool availability early in the season, as opening depends on the water temperature).

Reduced Occupancy Pricing

We often have the opportunity to be flexible regarding the minimum occupancy level of La Bergerie and we can advise a price to you based on the number of rooms that you wish to use and the number of people staying. Send us an e-mail outlining your requirements and we will respond with the commensurate price.

Pre-arrival Shopping Service

Shortly before your rental commencement we can send you a list to identify what shopping you require and we can shop for you so that everything is available ready for your arrival (supermarkets are closed on Sunday afternoons in France.) A charge of 30 € is made for this service, plus items indicated.

How to book

To make a booking or an availability enquiry, please use the form on the 'Contact us' page.
When we have confirmed the availability for your chosen dates, download the Booking Form, complete the necessary information and return it together with payment of the initial deposit (25% of the total rent due).
We will then send you a confirmation invoice and statement by email. This will be the formal acceptance of the booking.

Reservations made within eight weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at time of booking.

The balance of the rent is payable not less than eight weeks before the start of the rental period.

Payments to be made by International electronic bank to bank transfer.

A refundable 500 euros security deposit is required before/on arrival.
